    ok, firstly i want to say great video, David you truly are the best.

    just one thing when you were talking about being observant, for example the roller blade girl who was shaking for some reason, after you comment about that what can you do to keep the convo going? like knowledge is important and all but how would you use it in that sort of conversation?
